Hi Sarah, are you allowed to link or reference articles on what might help the sniffles, post nasal drip, and scratchy throat? I believe it pollen related as the flowers and trees are waking up? If not no worries. I take hot showers and get steamed up. It helps. Thanks!😊

Hello Buddy !

If you're looking for a health solution it is always best to work with a competent homeopath

Some say homeopathy has 'this for that' but actually we only have medicines for people with conditions

Your best bet would be to arrange a time to speak with an experienced homeopath.

My advice is always to start local (if possible)

I am not sure where in the world you are but, assuming you are in the US, I encourage you to reach out to Texas based homeopath Chelsea Smock - Chelsea writes on Substack and wrote a guest post for us here a while back

Also, the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy (IACH) trains the most effective homeopaths in the world - you can find a list of both medical and non-medical diploma holders (by country) here

I hope this helps Buddy let us know how you go!

Hello Veronika!

Yes, agree - it is so nice to hear of old friends reconnecting, and healing

Re the drawing, would you believe it is a requirement for my Masters (of Applied Health Science!) - I loved doing it, have framed it, and may just continue on with the pencils!
