Hello Veronika!

As far as I know) homeopathy has the following observational studies:

The EPI3 study (2007-2008)

followed 6000+ patients of 804 general practices in France

for the conditions of: musculoskeletal; sleep; and anxiety disorders; and URTI.

Rossi et al., 2009

''Homeopathy in the public health system: a seven-year observational study at Lucca Hospital (Italy)''

followed 3700+ visits

Witt et al., 2008

''How healthy are chronically ill patients after eight years of homeopathic treatment?--Results from a long term observational study''

followed 3500 adults & children.

Spence et al., 2005

''Homeopathic treatment for chronic disease: a 6-year, university-hospital outpatient observational study''

followed 6500 outpatients.

Güthlin et al., 2004.

''Measuring the effects of acupuncture and homoeopathy in general practice: an uncontrolled prospective documentation approach''

followed 900 homeopathy patients for up to four years.

Also, there are many published, peer reviewed case studies in homeopathy which follow an individuals progress for example,

Chabanov et al., (2018) followed a case of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis for 18 years.

I have a published a case study of a child followed for four years.

Great! There is a lot of data - a systematic review of the long term data would be a helpful read! Apologies for deleting your original comment... I went in to edit my reply to make it more readable and somehow deleted you - forever it turns out!
