As the Evidence Based Homeopathy? readership authentically expands - a big hello to new subscribers, I thank you for your interest and support - it is important to continue to reiterate that homeopathy is based on fundamental principles first laid out in The Organon of Medicine by Samuel Hahnemann1 beginning 1810!
Especially when it comes to learning homeopathy - as many people are keen to do, now more than, ever which is great!
BUT, who are the teachers out there?
(and what are they selling you?)
Honestly, there are now homeopaths selling their learn homeopathy courses online who, although they clearly have expertise in marketing, appear to have little to no actual homeopathy practice (or teaching) experience, with some making it abundantly evident that they also have little to zero knowledge of what homeopathy actually is and is not...
So, to kick off 2025
here are two FREE (and really good)

Look, it’s important for well trained homeopaths to teach beginner’s homeopathy to their communities
- which I myself currently do (since 2012) and encourage -
BUT, circa 2019 (or so), I noticed a creeping trend of some homeopaths using the allopathic model!
That is, selling remedies (for conditions not people) that their ‘customers!,’ don’t actually need, which absolutely permeates throughout their courses (and services!).
2025 promises to see an exponential rise in the allopathic use of homeopathic medicines4 - which is not homeopathy at all!
A wee reminder here that;
‘‘ homeopathy is the process whereby a single homeopathic medicine is chosen based on the totality of signs and symptoms of an individual, that is concomitant conditions and psychological features, feelings etc., all inform the individualized prescription. ’’5
The now commonly promoted indiscriminate use of homeopathic medicines by home-based sellers of homeopathic remedies is absolutely diluting, distorting, and bastardizing actual homeopathy6 while taking much needed patronage away from specialist and dedicated homeopathic pharmacies.7
In my opinion, the skeptic machine has been somewhat diverted from homeopathy since 2020 - I can state this as an Australasian homeopath who;
watched a fellow registrant (making outlandish and public protocol claims*) taken to court in a Queensland journalistic/ university sting8
survived both the ongoing fallout from 2015’s NHMRC report into homeopathy9 and google’s medic update10 when many did not
is far too regularly sent complaints and ‘did you knows’ from concerned users of homeopathy regarding unregistered homeopaths (people) selling (*)protocols to anyone and everyone they possibly can via grand, non-lawful, totally misguided, and nonsensical claims about the scope of homeopathic medicines11 in a now seemingly unobstructed way - which raises issues of controlled opposition,12 truly!
However, the anti-homeopathy machine remains in full force and has been embedded within most (except for Mike Adams’ ENOCH)13 open AI models…
This just taken (05 Jan 2025) from an image platform I have used since 2018… (safe to say that advancements in home based AI software means that I will not be renewing my subscription! Ha!)
..!
On a personal note, 2025 marks my fifteenth year of working as a (triple qualified and internationally affiliated) registered homeopath.14 And now, aged 42, I know just one thing for sure… there is always more to learn about the Art and Science of homeopathy.
Aude sapere!
‘In contrast to frequent claims, the available Meta Analyses of homoeopathy in placebo-controlled randomised trials for any indication show significant positive effects beyond placebo. Compared to other medical interventions, the quality of evidence for efficacy of homoeopathy was similar or higher than for 90% of interventions across medicine. Accordingly, the efficacy evidence from placebo-controlled randomised trials provides no justification for regulatory or political actions against homoeopathy in health-care systems.’15

Sarah, to take supplements or not? I have spent a lot of money on them and I’m thinking I’ve been scammed. Everything is commodified it seems and I really can’t seem to get a straight answer (at least to me) from the experts. Can you point me to some sources?
